possility to win a schoolarship
is commonly distributed.
If the number of qualified students passes
the number of schoolarship avaliable,
we introduce the LOTTERY- SYSTEM
to determin a WINNER/WINNERS.

It is either 3term basis(1 year)
or a 6term (2 year)basis
At this time, the basics that help
the student to qualify for the schoolarship,
will be much in focus as well
as the current courses
